  The Open Tap

  You have no mana. Abilities cost current health and cannot be cast if the cost would take you below 15% of maximum. Health spent becomes Owed, which your curses repay. Enemies carrying one of your curses deal 10% less damage to you. Out of combat you regenerate quickly.

  Utterance

  6s cooldown · range 6

  Send one syllable down a line, stopping on the first enemy. Hitting the host of the Word restarts it. A kill refunds the health it cost.

  The Word

  11s cooldown · range 6.25

  Costs 9% of current health. Curse one enemy champion within 6.25m for 7s: 14/23/32/41/50 (+14% AP) magic damage per second, 20% more for every second it has run. If it runs its full length the sentence finishes: the host is silenced for 1s and you are repaid 150% of the health it cost over 2s. If the host dies you are repaid all of it and the Word simply ends. Utterance on the host starts it over. Only one Word at a time.

  Second Hand

  The Word's host convulses, applying a weaker, briefer Echo to every other champion near them. Echoes repay nothing. If no one is in range it does not cast and costs nothing.

  The Congregation

  140s cooldown · range 7

  Costs 25% of current health. Set your censers down at a point within 7m: a 5m ring of smoke for 8s that slows enemies by 15%. Every enemy champion inside hears a step of the sermon each second (kept for 2s after leaving) and takes 22/33/44 (+10% AP) magic damage per second, 20% more per step heard. Anyone who hears all 8 steps repays you 25% of what you are Owed. While the smoke burns, your out-of-combat regeneration is shut.
